    If it was me -not so much. I would consider the fact that it will get pronounced several different ways (just like the wine variety does) and probably not the one way that you would like it pronounced.

    I think it's only acceptable name if it's hyphenated :Shiraz-Brie.

    I like it. As a boy's name. It is a boy's name in my country. It means 'sweet' in Arabic I think.
    Don't like it for a girl tho.
    Wouldn't worry me too much if I wanted to name my son that even if it meant a bottle of wine here. I do like naming my children with names that mean something.
