Just had the follow up appointment with the FS who did my lap this morning. His view is straight to IVF (given the bilateral blocked tubes, and the fact despite him managing to unblock one it's difficult to say how long it will stay unblocked for given they don't know the reason for the blockages - in both).

Our plan is to start cycling in April - what's yours lovely?

I think everyone has different experiences. For me I had a 5 day transfer and 2 days later had bad cramping but no bleeding. Not sure if it was implantation pain of something else (I developed severe ohss so may have been due to that) as I didn't have any signs of implantation with my second pregnant. Don't worry if you don't have any symptoms, it doesn't mean anything is wrong! For me I didn't have many early pregnancy symptoms, with my second which was a natural pregnancy the only symptom I had was a missed period. It's very hard not to symptom spot but the best thing you can do now is try as hard as possible to relax and forget about it, it's all out of your hands now and nothing you do or don't do will change anything. Good luck. X
