    Hi Girls,

How did i miss so much activity already hehe!
@mags83, sooooo excited for you Hun It must be such an awesome feeling to finally see double lines! haha, i did giggle at the thought of you confessing POAS to the clinic. But Im sure they expect it to happen a lot anyway
@newmummy85, just think - we are almost at the end of week 1!!
yeh, Im much the same as you I think. I have work to distract me and its been bit of a bzzz week so far I haven't really felt much at all today, apart from still bloated and boobs are still bit sore. My AF is due this week and i keep thinking that i can feel it .. but each time i go the the loo its not hehe. Does the pessaries delay your period ???
@crose, I hope your FS does a better job in comforting & explaining things to you being a newbie Sometimes you just don't know what questions to ask .. and i guess they also don't know how much we might or might not know from Dr google haha. Thinking of you Hun
@Butterfly39, how are you going - hope all is well

Default IVF NEWBIE Round 1 STARTS NOW! ANYONE ELSE IN THE SAME BOAT?

@newmummy85 I tested again today and is still seemed the same really. Is that a bad thing? Both lines are still there though that's for sure!!! I have no idea with this stuff!

As far as I'm aware however pessaries and progonova do not contain hcg am I right?

    Hope you're well xxxx

    Hi girls!
@crose - yes I hope your FS gives you a more detailed explanation of what's going on! Nothing worse than walking out with a fuzzy head and no clue what was just said.
I had 'sticky' tubes as well, hence my 2 ectopics but as far as I would think that would only affect natural conception as the egg has to move through the tube to the uterus, but with IVF, I'm not sure.
Hope he can reassure you! Nothing worse! Try not to worry hun, I'm sure he's just giving worst case for some reason.
@Dell77 - sorry to hear work is crazy! I'm sure it's keeping you very busy though! Hope it's not stressful!
I know what you mean - every time I look at the toilet paper too. Just a TTC habit isn't it! I'd love to stop analysing every single thing!
No 1 week tomorrow till BT for me! I decided I'll test the day before, I'd rather know in advance if it's not good news I think!
@mags83 - just keep testing hun! HCG is supposed to double every 48-72 hours so it can be normal that it hasn't changed much. Could your test from yesterday morning be lighter than the one you did and posted last night?
This is where HPT's are tricky, you can't really tell what's going on till you get the blood levels. Test again tomorrow and see if there's any change.
I just did a quick google too and couldn't see anything that said progynova or progesterone contained HCG, everything I found said they don't, that's from various other forums etc.
Hang in there hun, only 2 sleeps till BT!

    Hope everyone is well!

Oh wow, sorry! I'm posting off my phone and for some reason it's just had a hissy fit! Sorry for the multiple posts, I'll figure out how to delete some of them!!! 😬

And @mags83 - I'd be inclined to call your clinic. Don't be afraid of what they'll say, I'm sure heaps of people have done it! It's normal to cave to a POAS!

AFM - clexane and I don't like each other, day 3 and I'm still dreading it. Not so much the needle it's the serum. So stingy! 😪

@newmummy85 thanks heaps Hun!! I'm not sure about these tests honestly. I'm still seeing 2 lines which is a positive. so your hcg levels should keep increasing? Could the decrease too? I hope not. I sound so dumb sorry Hun xx

    That's ok hun!
Yes, as long as the pregnancy is progressing well the hcg will keep rising. (But your real answer is the doubling time between beta hcg results from BT.)
Sometimes you can get a positive and then have it fade out - usually a chemical pregnancy or early miscarriage - I've had a chemical pregnancy on one of my Clomid cycles, my test was much fainter than yours - it was a squint worthy line!!
It is still early on, try not to worry about things that could happen! Easier said than done I know. It looks very promising!!

Do another test in the morning as reassess. I definitely think call the clinic, but you're really only a day away from bloods aren't you!

    Big hugs hun!

PS don't apologise for thinking you're sounding dumb!! You're not! I was like this when I first started TTC 7 years ago! And I'm also a nurse, so that kind of helps the understanding of it all!!!! 😉
