I believe you're supposed to stop taking it once you get your bfp

I took vitex combined with a b-multi to assist with absorption to try to lengthen my LP to something longer than 10days.

Not sure if it was a coincidence or the vitex/vit-b but I fell pregnant next cycle and I'm currently 29w3d pregnant!

They do say it can take up to 3m for the vitex to get into your system so I'm not sure!

I stopped taking it once I had my bfp

Some people take it until they get a bfp but others continue to 12 weeks so their progesterone doesn't suddenly drop.

That's what I was worried about. I was taking it to help regulate once coming off the pill.
I might keep taking for a little longer, I have tried to read as much as I can and looks like more often than not ppl keep taking it. Have another gp apt tonight will see if this one knows anything about it.

Gps probably won't know a whole lot. A naturopath would know. I'd still take it and slowly cut down on it.

The naturopaths at work say to stop taking it. My work colleague is 16 weeks and was taking it and stopped as soon as she got her bfp and she's a Nat herself.
I was taking it up until today when I got my bfp 😊

If you can get your hards on Femmeplex by Bioeceuticals and fish oil with primrose oil in it, give that a go! I swear it's what helped me get my BFP as well as taking Progestalift (vitex).
http://www.nordicnaturals.com/en/Pro...4/?ProdID=1439-you can buy it from iherb.

It definitely made my cm show a lot earlier this cyle...my cycles were normally 35 days.
