I need to lose at least 15 -20 kgs to help with my ill health.
problem is i dont know where to start.
I cant exercise due to my knee problems ( having surgery #3 in 11 days time)
I have tried google and im just lost..
so please help .. what do you suggest i do to start getting the weight off?
i was thinking a liquid diet for breakfast and lunch then a small meal at night mainly salad and a protein.. thoughts?
