so please help .. what do you suggest i do to start getting the weight off?

    Calories in vs calories out.
I lost a lot of weight (need to do it again actually) by sticking to 1200 calls a day,
Breakfast was normally oats, wheat bicjs, yogurt etc, lunch was salad or spaghetti etc, dinner was whatever,

My biggest issue was portion size, I am a bad over eater and a bad snacker

I've had success with weight watchers in the past. In terms of exercise, do you have a pool that you have access too? My DH has had three knee reconstructions and gentle exercise at the pool really helped his recovery.

My thing is meal planning. I love planning and organisation and it works for my brain. If it is all planned out and I only shop to that I rarely deviate. Initially when losing weight I think it is a good idea to calorie count so your body gets used to portion sizes.

There are some apps where you can put in recipes and they will work out the kj.
