    Default Your day of eating...

I'm bad for skipping breakfast so I've been making myself eat a boiled egg and a piece of fruit in the mornings , today I had a margarita pizza at the pub for lunch with a greek salad, an ice block with the kids this afternoon and some watermelon and fish tacos for dinner, I'm about to have a peach and herbal tea

    Breakfast....soaked porridge and berries
Lunch.....Turkey and salad and a can of coke
    Dinner.....cauli fried 'rice' w. Chicken
Afters....a beer and blue cheese and crackers

The afters are usually just a Friday night treat, otherwise during the week I will have something sweet.

That's a relatively accurate picture of my daily food, I rarely snack between meals

I tend to eat the same thing most days except dinner and I'm a big snacker. It's usually

    Breakfast. Cereal with strawberries
    Snack. Yoghurt and fruit
Lunch. Salad with couscous, feta and chickpeas
Snack. Vegie sticks with salsa and a cup of popcorn

My dinners vary from pasta bolognese, some sort of rice concoction or meat & veg. Tonight I had a grilled chicken breast with carrots, peas and broccoli. I near always have some sort of dessert too - usually a Freddo frog or mini Mars bar.

    What does it look like?

Breakfast?wheetbix, corn flakes, toast or pancakes on special occasions
    Snacks?junk, fat, sugar mostly
    Lunch? Sandwich normally, sometimes saladas
    Dinner? Random stuff
    Dessert? Same as snacks

Are there any meals which you gave exactly the same every day?

Mine varies a lot. What I THINK it looks like is also probably quite different to what it would be if I recorded every bite. So today...

Breakfast - cheese & tomato toasted sandwich, 1/2 banana
    Lunch - 1/2 a tuna & coleslaw sandwich, 1 homemade sausage roll
    Snack - coffee & grapes
Dinner - daal, brown rice casserole & homemade samosa
Dessert - coffee and a chocolate

But I also know I've eaten a bunch of sherbies, a biscuit, had some soft drink, eaten some peach, a few dates, had a couple more hot drinks, drank milk out of the carton... I find it hard to keep track of the stuff that I grab on the go, and easy to keep track of what I actually sit down to eat.

Lunch: cheese sandwich or Marmite on toast and a bite size crunchie
    dinner: protein, veggies and potato/rice/pasta
Snacks: cookie, chips or piece of toast

Sounds bad when I write it down, but meh.

Breakfast - nothing was running really late

Snack - a coffee that I snuck in at work

Lunch - salad and some meat from the work cafe.

Afternoon tea - nothing - was stuck at work and didn't get a break.

Dinner - woolworths slow cooked ribs, peas and carrot.

Dessert - glass of wine or two.

It's bad I know.... Need to start looking after myself better
