    For ftb b, there are special rules when it is the first time you are returning to work after the birth of your child, that is what the previous poster means by quarantine. This means that you would not have to pay any ftb b back. When you say where is the incentive, that is it. Better off to call or look it up on the web though to get the right details.

    So returning parents can deliberately underestimate and not have to pay it back? wow I never knew that. In any other case with ftb is automatic pay back, no excuses.

    If it makes you feel better I find the website extremely cryptic as well :/

    That's why I was confused, on one hand what's stopping scammers but on the other there needs to be assistance in returning to work, knowing you may have to pay back a few thousand dollars is one reason why I wouldn't return.
