I am in except for the weekend of mums and dad's 50th anniversary which is why i need to do this it.
Well it's not feb yet ... But I'm getting in motion and today I was about to chuck out peanut butter. It was made purely from peanuts and my boys weren't fussed on it. I've had them eating preservative and additive free food.
Instead I decided to make a batch of peanut butter biscuits with it. They love them!! Had all the ingredients at home so that's a nice treat for the last week of school hols. I was also figured loads of mangos so I made them mango ice blocks. Another win!
