Just reading your diet, minib. U have a very small stomach. I never feel satisfied with my breakfast or morning snack. Toast, avocado, cheese and tomato only last my hunger an hr. cereal gives me the same feeling. Then I ended up a big early lunch with rice and Veges. Morning is the worst time for me to get through as I am constantly hungry. Perhaps a supper might help. Not sure.
As for portion control, I did that when I tried to lose few more kgs before another IVF cycle (not that I was overweight). I am trying this again after last Friday appt. with GD, I would have been automatically eligible to get in the public hospital that I wanted to go to early on. Oh well. I am seeing a diabetes educator tmr. I can't believe that I am spending $ for someone to tell me how to eat. Oh well, for baby and my health.
