Got the bt result today. P4 level is good 109. HCG is 103. So FS is happy with the level so far. Have to go back on Thursday for the official BT and need to see at least 200.

I was thinking of doing pgd for the next stim. Can I do pgd for the remainder frostie? Didn't think I could.

Is implantation bleeding this late in the cycle? FN said it could be the pessaries have irritated the cervix. My legs are still sore so I'm being cautious. But at least I'm still in the game for now.
Hey that level is pretty good. My clinic likes minimum 100 HCG at 11dp5dt so if your level is doubling you'd be well past that in a couple of days.

You can't PGD the remaining frostie, you'd have to PGD the next round. But I think it's still cautious optimism for you at this point? There are definitely chicks who bleed early on and their pregnancies are fine. FX for you.

Thanks @ScubaGal I'm now staying away from google and just try my best to relax. Wait for BT on Thursday. If it doubles up then I can be happier. Yeah cautious optimism that's right. Cool thanks for letting me know I can't pgd the frostie.

    Good @Minib
Google can't tell you anything useful at this point. All you need to know is that you have a HCG level and that's a good start.

Yes, that's a very good hcg level! As scubagal said, my clinic also aims for 100+ at 16dpo.

My implantation spotting lasted fairly long. 6dp5dt (or 7dp5dt, don't remember) to 9dp5dt. I thought AF was on her way. The only way to rule out irritation due to pessaries is to insert it the back way. I didn't like the idea but have started doing it half way through this cycle when I saw blood.

@bbhope stupid question but how do you insert it anally? Just use finger up the anus? How far in?

Not a stupid question! I asked myself the same thing. Other than giving myself a peace of mind with the bleed, i didn't really have a choice as i was going on a super long international flight. There was no way i could lie down.

Hehe....yes, just like you insert it vaginally. TMI, i tried further in and less further in. It doesn't matter so i do less further in now. Less gross. But with less further in, you need to stand up carefully, move around a bit, make sure the muscle "sucks" it up and hold it. I never have it fell out, though. I must say, it isn't the most comfortable way as I feel like I've to go when i insert it. Anyway, i like it now as i can just put it in and go to work in the morning. No mess, no panty liner.

That is a great first level @Minib. Think positively that you will have another great level that tomorrow and will have a 2015 bub.

With pgd I was unsure if you meant you would pgd the ones you had left or transfer them and if they didn't work do it in a fresh cycle. They defrost any frosties and biopsy them and freeze them again. It is not recommended. We were thinking of doing a fresh stim and defrosting our last frostie to see if they could get it to biopsy stage and test it with the fresh embryos, but in the end we just decided to transfer and see what happened.

I'm looking forward to hearing your numbers tomorrow

My BT result is in. HCG 395. I'm 4w2d. P4 114. Happy! Whilst I know I have a long way to go and I've had a mmc at 12 week before, I won't overthink it. I'm going to enjoy every single milestone and try not to stress. Hoping it's a boring pregnancy.

Woop woop! Yes try to go with the flow from here but let me say congrats on the BFP.

Remember, every embryo is different - different hair colour, different gender, different genetic makeup so there's no reason this one shouldn't go all the way to being a take-home baby
