    Thanks for the advice ladies. I have already implemented the grow clock and the block-out blinds and have been doing that for a while.
    I think the schedule needs readjusting and I'm going to start with cutting down the day sleep and extending bedtime. Funnily enough she woke herself after under 2 hours at nap time yesterday and she woke at 6 am today so I definitely think the new schedule will help.
