    A hundred different types of herbs and spices. A 1/2 tsp of this, a 1/4 tsp of that... ugh. If the recipe has a long list of ingredients and half of those are spices I just really can't be bothered!

    I save up the ends of my bread in the freezer then when I have heaps, do a big batch and re-freeze them. They don't stick together so it's easy to get out how much you need and I pretty much always have them available.
