Mornings, but not everyday. We're currently carting water so I try and minimise showering. I also don't wear deodorant so I'm doubly, triply gross.

Always night time to get rid of the gross sweaty feeling I get living in QLD humidity! Plus the stuff the kids have smeared on me. Sometimes morning too if I need waking up or feeling yucky

Can't believe people are making people who shower twice a day feel bad!?! I would have though this thread is just an interest thing not to make people feel bad about water consumption. I have had a lot of water restrictions over the years (used to use the 2 minute timers for showers) and now have a shower morning and night, morning one would be no more than 4 minutes and evening 2 minutes. How is this worse than others who water their gardens (we don't regularly) or people who do the dishes more than once a day or who do more loads of washing than you, etc etc etc. Everyone has their own situation and it's interesting to see how other people do things, but don't bash people for doing things differently.

Always night, sometimes mornings if we're going out during the day. And always one after exercise or the beach.

I always shower in the morning so I'm clean and fresh to start my day. I would feel so gross going to work without one! Especially when it has been a hot night.

Most nights but particularly in summer, I have a quick shower in the evenings too before putting on my clean pj's. I like to "feel"clean so I always make time for my showers.

You might not be doing anything as such but everyone loses a fair bit of sweat overnight. Plus skin cells etc.
