I wash my face before bed (and feet if they're dirty) but as I exercise hard early in the morning I usually sweat so much I look like I got caught in a downpour of rain...so morning showers are an absolute must.

Both - a proper wash in the morning and a quick rinse before bed. Occasionally I skip the night one if I'm really tired but always end up feeling gross and regretting it.

what a real eye opener! I didn't even know people would shower twice a day.

That seems crazy to me, like changing bed sheets twice a week or something.

To those people showering twice a day, do you live in the tropics?

I'm in Melbourne. I shower in the mornings, get me up and going for work
If it has been a 40degrees yucky kind of day Id have another one at night though. But it rarely happens

Mainly morning, evening if it's been a hot sweaty day, or if I want to rinse off self tan or *ahem* freshen up for DP

At least three showers a day - first thing in the morning, then after being on the treadmill and then again before bed. If we are going out for the evening, I have one before getting dressed to go out and then I still have another one before bed, so that makes four.

Evening, with an extra one in the morning if I've been to the gym/run.

Every morning. If I don't have one then I'll feel gross for the day. However, if I was to wake up and go to the beach or exercise in the morning I'd have my shower after that (not that I've done either of those in a long time lol). I don't usually of a night time unless it's been a hot, sticky day or I'm going out.

I live in Qld and it's usually hot here so I do shower twice a day here to feel clean and fresh. When I lived in the UK though I only needed to shower or bathe once a day.
