I dunno, i sort of feel that being up and about in our polluted atmosphere is enough to feel 'gross' by the end of a day! Let alone sweating, dirt, chemicals, residue from moisturizers, deodorants etc. Theres no way I honestly could go to bed without one-i wouldn't sleep lol but that's my routine. Each to their own.

Well you lot obviously weren't born in a drought or have had to only rely on rainwater tanks for your water supply!

Once a day at night here.

Brace yourself a ladies, as I also once a fortnight or so will go a day at home without showering too. Generally say on a Sunday when I have showered in the afternoon on a Saturday then I always follow a shower free day with a morning shower the following day. 💦💧💦
Thank gawd someone said it!!! When I was working in an office I would shower every morning and if I'm going out I'll shower but since I've been home all day, every day I'll often skip a shower. 😳

Equally, I will shower a second time if I'm going out in the evening and when I'm exercising I will always shower afterwards.

    Both!

In the morning to wake me up, in the evening to wash off the day

I tend to do both. A longer shower at night where I relax, wash my hair and shave my legs etc
Then as long as I can manage in the morning which is normally just washing my body.

ATM both. It is so hot and humid here, it feels like I'm always sticky 😝

In winter, night time. I couldn't go to bed without showering first

    Night here.

I'm surprised how many people shower twice or more every day. It seems crazy to waste so much water to me.
