Mornings unless I have a particularly "ick" day then night, so if I'm spending a heap of time in the garden/mowing lawn I'll skip my morning shower and have it that night.

I find night showers throw out my sleep though. Mornings my routine is get up, shower, brush teeth, do hair. It's my wake up routine. At night if I do it it feels like I should be starting my day.

I used to shower morning and night before DD but now I like my sleep in the morning more and can't be bothered once she's up. So now I just do night. Although if I've been to the gym or beach that's an extra shower so some days it can be two or three!

Always both. On the days I go to the gym, I have a third shower. My 3 showers are very short.

I am very surprised how many of you have time to shower twice or even three times a day. I would very very rarely shower twice in a day, maybe if it was a long hot day out and about and I was going somewhere for dinner or something but otherwise one shower a day is totally fine for me. Brace yourself a ladies, as I also once a fortnight or so will go a day at home without showering too. Generally say on a Sunday when I have showered in the afternoon on a Saturday then I always follow a shower free day with a morning shower the following day. 💦💧💦

Both. I need the shower to wake up in the morning.
And there's no way I'll go to bed without having a quick shower at night. And I will not let my DH in bed unless he's had a shower at night too!! :0

I read an article the other day that basically said we over-shower nowadays and its actually detrimental to our skin a lot of the time.

I shower once a day. Morning or night, it differs depending on whats happening etc. I dont go to sleep at night dirty and gross, cos well I rarely get gross lol.
