Default Tradies - offering drinks and snacks? What do you do?

I've got tradies working at my place for the next few weeks, just curious as to what everyone does in relation to offering the tradies drinks etc.

Do you offer them coffee, drinks, snacks etc throughout the day?

I have offered iced water when the tradies had to do some digging in the afternoon heat and have offered cold soft drinks on the odd occasion too.

I always offer drinks, especially if they have been working outside in the heat.

I offer a cold drink (whatever I have available) but I don't think I would offer snacks.

So would you be offering drinks everyday? Just not sure what's normal.

I may need to buy softdrink today then as we dont drink softdrink here.

If I knew them (my dh is a tradie) I would make them something. If not I would offer a cold drink

I think chilled water is fine. If they want anything else they can bring it.

Maybe I'm mean. But I think water is fine.

I would offer cold water or cordial ( I always have that in the cupboard) if it's real hot I would add ice blocks :-)
If I had soft drink in the house at the time I would offer that but I wouldn't be going out of my way to buy some incase they wanted some

We've had tradies here recently. Some are DH friends or acquaintances and some I don't know.

I always offer tea and coffee in the morning and again later in the morning (when I am having a coffee) I also offer water throughout the day, if I know or they are acquaintances I offer food when I am making it for myself and DD. It's very rare that they accept.

My DD is constantly asking them if they want a coffee or water or something to eat, she even asks before me sometimes (we have done a bit of Reno work lately) I'm pretty sure they think it's cute the first 2 times after the 200th time they seem a bit over it for some reason 😂
