Elijahs Mum I've got four weeks left of my pregnancy and seeing this delicious looking meal is killing me!!! All I want is meatballs and Greek salad!
I can't because anything tomato or cucumber gives me heartburn and the feta, but oh my goodness you're making me drool!
Finally made some soup - roast pumpkin and pancetta for lunch

Went to a little BBQ gathering for dinner tonight and made nibbles - Thai chicken meatballs and rice paper rolls. Made a chilli, soy, hoisin and lime dipping sauce as well.

A warm salad tonight - Cous Cous, baby spinach, roasted pumpkin and Spanish onion, smokey bacon, chick peas, toasted almonds and Persian feta with olive oil and lemon juice.

I've been meaning to post this for a couple of days. We had it the other night. One of my faves...Jamie Oliver's Koh Samui salad (from 15-Minute Meals). Takes way more than 15 minutes but is soooo worth the effort.
It's prawns, cabbage, fennel, radishes, carrot, cucumber, rice noodles, toasted peanuts, mint, with a chilli/ginger/lime dressing. Best summer food ever.
Last night I got to 8pm and wanted pasta of some description and had a few veggies that desperately needed using up so made spaghetti with a bacon, cherry tomato, mushroom asparagus and baby spinach sauce. Hit the spot.
