Chicken salad (spinach, celery, cherry tomatoes, feta, sweet potato, avocado, shallots).

Chicken was pan fried in lemon pepper with a late dash of soy sauce and a little garlic.

Spaghetti Marinara, which was made for DH because he was going to work, then left his dinner on the kitchen bench! My DS1 enjoyed it though. Tastes better than it looks!

Default Show me your food!!! Back by popular demand :)

    It's half made up but:
    1 small brown onion diced
    4 cloves of garlic crushed
    1 chili finely diced
    1/2 bunch parsley
    1/2 table spoon brown sugar
    1 tin good chopped tomatoes
    1/2 kilo green king prawns
    Salt and pepper
    Olive oil

Pre heat oven to 180 , then on the stove in an oven proof pan put in a good glug of olive oil and add onions, chilli and garlic and sauté until onions are translucent, add tomatoes, brown sugar and 1/2 the chopped parsley and simmer approx 15 mins, add salt and pepper to taste - add green prawns and bake in oven for ten mins, serve at the table with crusty sourdough ( or pasta) and green salad and sprinkle the rest of parsley on before serving
