Exactly what's happened with us! They finally actioned our 4th request (has to be done via their website) and probably only because I said I'll just do it and invoice the real estate. Not sure if that's even a thing that we could do but I was in the mind set of "they probably aren't going to read this anyway!"

My df is a qualified carpenter and very handy around the house. He does over 80% of the maintenance that other people would have to call in help for.
But, after reporting things that he can't or won't fix (eg range hood light needs electrician to fix, we want a security door at the front because dd can nearly open the front door and we don't want her wandering into the street etc) for over a year now and having nothing done, we are now forced to take action.
We will report it, and if no action then that's it. He is not fixing anything any more. Our rent was increased last month for the third time since we moved in, despite interest rates falling (so its not like the owner has to shell out more money for the mortgage) and the only thing that has ever been done is have loam and grass seed put down in the backyard.. Over the existing weeds.. So we still have to pay insane water prices to establish the grass and also deal with all the weeds- Bathurst burrs, bindis etc so the kids can't even play on it. So not worth the insane prices we pay.

Sorry, I get ranty about this topic

So frustrated at never being able to go to the toilet without DS3 pulling everything out of the bathroom cupboards and drawers while im in there - and DH wonders why I am so frustrated every afternoon - I'd give anything to pee in peace for once!

Hating the fact Mr Maker is on right around school pick up time. Every afternoon it results in the same argument with dd2 and dd3.... they want to watch Mr Maker, not go to pick dd1 up!!

Amazed. My DS2 is so snotty and miserable. He will barely feed but still fronts up for dinner! Just ate three corn fritters, a handful of spaghetti and a third of a raffertys garden pouch!

I am wondering why DS asked to go to bed

when he had no intention of sleeping. Just burping and saying 'excuse me maaaaammmmeeee' and killing himself laughing.
