Putting the foot down and eliminating dd's afternoon nap and pushing her morning nap back. We made it to 10:45, not too bad since I was aiming for 11. This should be a fun afternoon...

You're a brave woman. I've decided that dropping a nap was a fail so I'm beginning with pushing each one back 10 minutes every couple of days until we get a better awake time happening.

Seriously considering waking dd4 up (been asleep over an hour)... so much i need to do today and by the time she wakes up, dd3 will be ready for a sleep and therefore will be a nightmare to take out.... want to get everything done before that happens!!

Well I can't remember what I did with my boys which really frustrates me. I do remember they just suddenly dropped naps though, because I remember the tired meltdowns as I was trying to cool dinner.
I am prepare to deal with that if it means she goes back to being easy to get to sleep at bedtime again!
So she slept for less than an hour. Here's hoping it extends as her little body realises it is one nap a day from now on!
