In the end I didn't have to make a decision based on cost but on my beautiful boy's pain and suffering. He had done himself far more damage than first thought.

I am so ready for bed. Silly me thought a double shift was a great idea (it wasn't). So tired right now AND AF has decided to rock up. So not only am I tired, but now I'm all crampy too. I can only get away with a heat pack stuffed down the front of my pants for a short while longer...

My big stupid puppy ate rocks - lots of rocks. Including some big very sharp rocks.
I have a choice whether to spend every cent I have, and some on credit to maybe fix him or choose to wait until morning and he might not make it but it will cost half as much and I'll still have emergency cash available in case something happens to DS, DP or I.
I'm so sorry! Hopefully he has made good gains over night!

Doing a quick calculation of how much a very small holiday in qld and then a very small "family only, and even then they don't have to come if they don't want to" wedding would cost and so far I'm up to $5,500.
... That's roughly my budget for just having a larger wedding at home..
    Pros for qld:
    Take kids to qld
    Qld!
    Dreamworld
    What df wants

    Cons:
    Long drive
Not everyone we would like to be there may be able to
    Expensive
    I don't like beaches
    Organising details from afar
