    Surprisingly easy but I had to steal a foot off my 70 yo machine to do it. I really need to get a treadle belt.

    I'm more impressed that all the seams are French or bound and I didn't use any zig zag.

    I finally threaded my machine today. Thank you YouTube . I haven't sewn since I was about 12 so wish me luck!!!

    Ok so I know this isn't pretty fabric, or frilly ruffles, but I'm so proud of my first stitches completed on a machine as an adult

    I designed (from scratch, no pattern) a fly to cover the cot to keep out the cats.

    But it needed something to stabilise it so I've sewn elastic with pop studs around the bar so it can be removed.

    User friendly, cat unfriendly, and best of all Bub proof/safe!!
