Here is a rashie which ds wanted in long sleeves.
Not too happy with the neckline and my sewing machine is still skipping stitches.
Also can't quite figure out the woolly nylon and cover stitch on my overlocker.

I havent posted on this thread for ages - hadnt sewn for ages until this year

anyway - DD does Calisthenics so I decided to have a go at some leo's and costumes for her. I have never done any stretch sewing, so that has been a learning curve.

Still - some of the leo's turned out pretty good - and I moved on to more difficult costumes.

    Will post photos next ...

some are glued with Jones Gem-tac and some are hot-fixed.

the hotfix ones do come off easier, but mostly they havent been a problem.

Am loving these fabric covered buttons. So easy to use. And only $2.80 for a packet of 18 medium size. Must go to daiso to get more.

I've been struggling to find stretch knit fabric that I liked that didn't cost a packet, so I got a pack of wraps from Kmart to repurpose! Really happy with how these turned out!
