I tried to make the bear from "I Want My Hat Back" (excellent book btw, highly recommend) but he turned out much too fat and top heavy. But DS still seems to like it, he grabs it with both hands and smooshes his face into it

Anyone have a great simple idea for a homemade gift for an almost 4 year old and around 18month-2 year old for a Kris Kringle thing where we place the presents for the kids of each age group in the middle and let them pick - so needs to be unisex! Before Wednesday.

Oh I should mention a few of us did a swap last year and made each of the kids a bag, a cape, wings and a crown. A pencil case could work, I was considering a pencil roll like I posted the other day and maybe a crayon roll for the littlie too.

Made a bassinet sheet for the bugaboo. Didn't take very long at all - gosh I love my overlocker!
