I am only 5 weeks and would like to order a pregnancy workout dvd and would love your recommendations.
To be honest I'm not that fit these days. I'm currently walking 30 minutes each day but I have very weak core and back muscles. I get a fair bit of lower and general back pain when my core isn't strong - like now!
I have done some research and have come up with two options
Tracey Anderson - The Pregnancy Project. I'm a bit nervous this may be to advanced? Has anyone else started it having not been to the gym for a year before?
Shiva Rea - Prenatel Yoga.
I don't normally like yoga cause it's too intense on my back.
I would love to hear your suggestions or feedback on the above DVD's.
