Default Positive Songs / Playlist for the 2WW

Yesterday on my way to the clinic I randomized my music and The Smiths "Please, Please, Please let me get what I want" came on. Ugly cry ensued.

What song A) speaks to your journey (positive or negative)?

    B) what positive song(s) could I put in a playlist to listen to during my cycle and the 2WW to get me feeling excited, like this will actually work?

This thread is such a great idea. After years of infertility to get my ds1, I really turned to music for comfort and relaxation and I do think it helped in the end. I think I will start listening to those songs again - at that time they were sia breathe me (sort of helped me to accept my vulnerability in the moment), beth orton Central reservation (I liked the parts about this time is fine just how it is, today is whatever I want it to be). If I think of any other current ones I'll come back!

    Christina Perri, A Thousand Years.
Has me bawling everytime but lyrics like "one step closer", "i will be brave" and "all along I believed I would find you"
    are so uplifting.

Thanks @bella25 and @ScubaGal! Bella – is the particular song on Central Reservation “Pass in Time” or another song?

I have created a public rdio playlist for people to listen to incorporating all of the songs on the other thread, plus will add to it as people post here – if you want access to the playlist, either search rdio.com for 2WW or PM me. x

@Sharlie - the song is called central reservation and there's a few different versions of it. I'm trying to copy my favourite version to here but it's not working, so I'll post a pic of it in my iTunes if I can... She also has an album with the same name I think
