Ok, well I did A. The person I was walking with was absolutely horrified that I did it but I didn't see what the big deal was. I put dog poo in my bin all week and the only thing that makes my bin smell is rotting food, not the few odd bags of dog poo in there.
Our bins are often late in on bin day due to us not being home and I find the odd bit of rubbish in there from passers by and I don't give it a second thought. I'd rather rubbish go in my bin than dropped on the street.
The only time I have ever been annoyed by people disposing of rubbish in our bin is when a local scouts club quite literally filled our bin to 3/4 full with their rubbish on the day it got emptied. We rang them and asked them to remove it because we would not have fit our week's worth of rubbish in on top of theirs. That wasn't cool, but otherwise I don't care, as long as it's bagged and won't make a mess or impair on my ability to put my own week's worth of rubbish in.
to be honest, I have never thought about it that much.

Find a public bin for Doggy Doo on the route to school
A - it's a bin, who cares!
A...omg, it's a bin!! How ridiculous
Sometimes other people put crap in my bin, it really annoys me. It fills up space that I need.
I don't think I would have used someone's bin tbh. But I find it wierd that there was no bin at the park?
A - 1. At least it's picked up and not left on the grass near your house. 2. It's only a bin, they usually stink anyway. 3. I wouldn't want to carry dog poo for ages trying to find an 'appropriate' bin.
Definitely B. But then again, anything is better than leaving it on the ground!
B definitely. I would be so angry if someone dumped their dog crap in my bin! Putting an empty can or something fine but nor poo thats gonna sit in their bin for another week.. Not nice
