    Not sure if you looked in to The Healthy Mummy brand smoothies. I started using these while bf with not adverse effects. They have been designed with bf in mind too

    Yep. Everyone comments on how much weight I've lost and how happy I look. I dropped from 71kg to 58kg... and I'm still losing weight.
