In our area cheapest is offers over $1.3m and the median house price is $1.9m! 😳 We live in upper north shore of Sydney. Waaaaay overpriced!

The cheapest is 1.1 million and that's considerably cheaper than most :/ needless to say we will be leaving Sydney when we are ready to buy!

I am so jealous. Around my suburb (in southern Sydney, St George area) the lowest I could find was $900k+ with the rest being well over $1m.

Cheapest in our suburb 1.2mil and it needs a fair bit of work. There is very little around so prices are very high.
