I suffer from endo too, I'm sure that's the reason (along with another factor) that we're not falling PG.
May I ask what the diet consists of? I'd like to avoid surgery again!
it's pretty strict, but there's actually a lot of yummy things i'm discovering that I can eat, so it wasn't that hard to make the transition - and i've already lost 5 kilos in about 2-3 weeks of doing it!

    It's basically this:
Things to avoid completely: red meat, dairy, soy, gluten, vinegar and other acidy foods, all pig meat, animal fats, white rice, tinned foods, sugar, coffee and tea (anything with caffeine)
Things to have lots of: fruit and vegetables
Things you can eat: brown rice, quinoa, chicken, fish, turkey, stevia sweetener, almond or coconut milk, nuts, herbs and spices, herbal teas, water

Also to avoid: chemicals in the home containing parabens, including shampoo etc.

So far i've noticed a huge difference and this is only the first AF since starting the diet. I had no spotting at all beforehand (usually i get 5 or so days of spotting beforehand), only super mild cramps on day 1 - and it didn't stop me doing any of my usual activities! still had big clots though but I think that may be part of my body cleansing itself. I'm feeling great and haven't been feeling horrible like I usually do during my period, and I still have energy despite the heavy bleeding yay

Feel free to pm me if you're after any specific meal ideas

I'm out too. I did a hpt yesterday. Very BFN. This morning I have woken up with pretty bad lower back pain and cramps, both hallmarks of AF for me. On the bright side, we are signing on a new place today!
thanks. I think v day might be a day or two late - especially if I only have a 26 day cycle like I did this month, I might already be a couple days past O by then, but don't worry, I'll be making the most of it regardless! lol
