Can I ask how you know it was a chem preg? Is the POAS line gone or bloods dropping? Or have you just started bleeding? My Chem pregs have just been a normal period, anything over 5-6 weeks was clots and a bit more pain. What state are you in? If in Brisbane Dr Wazza QFG, if in Melbourne Lynn Burmeister at Monash. The best of the best normally have their own threads in the Ivf section xx

I went to hospital early this morning as i was bleeding through pads and passing large clots and they took a blood test and the level was only 71 and the bloods taken on Saturday were only 100. I also show up as negative on a urine test now not even a hint of a line. My doctor today read the hospital report and thats what it has been reported as. I've tried not to google it. The bleeding has eased now and no clots since this morning but the cramps are still there. I will look up the Brisbane one thankyou Lilypily. I have been scheduled for an ultrasound on Wednesday is that routine? Today has been a blur and hubby made the appointment and he didn't ask the doctor if it was routine.

Oh sweety so sorry for your loss xx. I had a friend who tried 10 years for her DS and she now has a DD as well. She didn't go through any fertility specialists so do what's right for you.
I pray that you will get your precious baby xx.

A scan is a good idea just to check its all gone. It's good you had blood work done and a poas is very reliable in detecting pregnancy hormone. I know it doesn't feel like it but in a week or 2 you will be feeling so much better. So take it easy, rest up, put a plan in place, and take it from there. Know that many people have been in your position and still end up with a baby. It's easy for some and some have to work for it. Xxx

I'm scared. I'm scared of my ultrasound tomorrow and my appointment next Wednesday at the big hospital for a scan of my ovaries and everything. I'm scared of my husbands sperm tests. I'm scared of all the blood tests. I'm scared i'm going to be told i'll never be a mother. I'm so so scared. What if my body is useless???? What if i can't give my husband a child?

When we finally got the diagnosis of male factor I cried. A lot. But after almost 3 years we finally had answers. Yes it's scary but it's also a relief and you can formulate a plan of attack. You have fallen pg. That is a wonderful sign. That tells me both tubes aren't blocked and your DH doesn't have azoospermia (no sperm at all). I know a loss is terrible, been there 3 times but the sperm are getting through despite obvious issues. It may well just been poor sperm count or motility which can be fixed.

Thank you so much delirium. I had a panicky moment and i just felt trapped. You are right i CAN fall pregnant. My bleeding has eased off and its like normal AF now and the cramps are gone so thats a relief. I am still temping to keep track of my cycle. It was so hard to fix my chart from pregnant to not pregnant When i have the scan tomorrow i will update. I think they are giving everything a quick look over and next weeks is the more in depth one.
