Keeping the journal - after I've got the news, nurse booked me the next bt in a week, the referral should be right there in Laverty, as i don't have any paper refs left...
She also told dr Lukic should make another prescription for Crinone as I've got only 1 week supply left. It should also wait for me in the pharmacy next to the Primary in the city. I hope they will let my hubby pick it up as i work jn st leonards and need to rush from work otherwise...
so waiting now for the next bloods and hope everything will be ok
i really like how they've organised everything to minimize the trips...)

    Thank you Dannymatthew!
I just thought it could be useful as i muself was so glad to see other's stories on Primary - and all this process was totally new for me happy you find it useful
I really think they do a great job
I talked to the ultrasound lady, she told she's moved there from genea after many years there, together with few other stuff - because ethically they found its a right thing to do - to make the ivf available for everyone regardless of income. I cannot agree more with such point of view

They've also called me yesterday to let ne know that my Crinone's waiting for me in the pharmacy there, together with the new prescription, and i can pick it anytime (or DH can do that). All those small things are saving so much time and working arrangements, really like it!

Just to keep updating for Primary IVF experience,
I've got my second bloods yesterday - 3780, which they say they quite happy with.
Booked the first dating scan next Tuesday (they said I have to do that after 4/08 - but I'm so scared after my recent ectopic I did it exactly on 4/08, just to be sure this time it's in place.
Also I've got the prescription for the next box of Crinone.
This one was actually strange - I told the nurse I was talking to that I'm running out of Crinone and will need another prescription, and she told me "that's OK just stop it when you finish the box".
It's only because I did not believe her that I can just stop taking progesterone on week 6 - I asked her to re-check with the doctor and confirm. She did, and came back to me saying that dr suggested to keep taking it up to week 12. So my prescription is waiting for me in the pharmacy.

So be careful with this things ladies and ask them to check the things that don't feel right!

Honestly I don't feel any pg symptoms now, just bigger boobs and tiredness (I was exhausted yesterday, really so tired I went to sleep at 9 pm - but that could be also because of work). I'm so tired of worrying. So tired of myself thinking all those What Ifs.
So tired to be nervous and scared if this is not it, and I will have to go through it all again...cannot relax at all. Sometimes it's almost like a depression. Cannot do anything at home, it's like a den now))
and working just because I have to at work. I think that's probably hormones-related, and calming myself that's all as it have to be - but even knowing it, it's not getting any easier.
Wish I went through to 2nd trimester sooner!

Irinko welcome to the primary baby club.😆 I know how you feel im nearly 13 weeks now and was stressing about everything ALOT. I seem to have turned a corner now. The 12 week trimester seems so medically involved with scans, worries about chromosomal issues, crinone morning sickness etc. But once your thru it you'll feel a lot lighter.i used the crinone till about week 9 then on the second scan the baby was right size etc so dr lukic just said finish the box and thats enough.my viability scan at 6weeks showed baby few days under size but im thinking that may have been an error as I went right on the day and probably should have waited few more days as the u/sound lady said its so small it difficult to get accurate reading and week7 is better for scan.dr lukic also gave me a referral for yhe harmony dna test which is quicker, earlier and more accurate than waiting for nuchal scan. $400 well spent.quick blood test and a week later got results that im low risk and they tell you the gender too if you want. Im having a BOY😊😊. She also prescribed me zofran for my sickness as it was 24/7.this has worked amazingly. Im also taking metoclopramide or pramin as that's a safer drug.this gets me moving in the morning. They are class b1 and a. A being the safest. Im hoping in anytime soon the sickness will stop then i can start enjoying it a bit more. Sending poisitove baby vibes to you all😘

Hey Sydma, so great to hear all's good!!)) Congratulations with the good Harmony results, and A BOY!)))

My first scan booked for Tuesday, cannot wait to see the bub and ensure all's good! It will be just the beginning of week 7 (according to my calculations from the ET).
I'll see dr. Lukic on Wed after scan, will ask for Harmony test referral as well
That's great news it's only 400 now, I remember last year it was around $900!
And also hope the Crinone will be ended some time soon, so tired of this daily mess
For how long do they care for you in Primary? They told me to book a visit to my GP, but I want to avoid it somehow and get straight to antenatal care in local hospital after graduation from IVF clinic. Don't want to show up at my GP with "I'm pregnant again" - cannot stand that sympathizing looks there anymore...

Well, that attempt finished with a MMC in the late August, not I've just started the new cycle with hormone support, eating heaps of E2 tabs and waiting for the scan next week to set up the transfer date...
fingers crossed this time will be lucky)

Just read through many pages of hope here. It all helps. We are booked for our specialist appt at Primary IVF next week. All tests done and results back. For those contemplating Primary, its no bullcrap process (we love it), no airy fairy talks just facts. Key points for those considering is the females are tested btw days 2-5 for blood work up (4viles) and a scan. Then 21 day fasting BT & urine. So make appts according to your cycle. We started 1Oct & had all results back by 23 Oct today. GP said we are set to go.

As for us, we have secondary infertility, male factor. Trying since our son was 18mths old, and now he is 8! Such is life. Still in our 30's we will have a go. No one knows. My boss must think I have a shocking problem with my appts so far, but we want to keep it private.

Would love to keep up with those on same page..
