I suggest you go for the more organic basic ingredients like salt and sugar! Since they are basically a necessity for everything we eat, might as well choose the healthy alternatives, right?
You can use coconut palm sugar which is a much healthier alternative for cane sugar. They are completely preservative-free.
And for salt, I've tried Himalayan salt for most of my dishes and loved it. It is basically like the normal ones but with more nutrients and minerals.
