We rented a cottage on a working farm with friends over Christmas. They had a farm shop where we bought all our produce and the carrots (which we left out for the reindeer) were HUGE! I actually thought to myself 'that must be what a horse carrot looks like.'

I am guessing the age of the baby. By my experience and the way the mother was shuffling around (I am guessing c-sec). Now I think of it bub could be 4-6 weeks not 6-8.
/ Are you really suggesting that the poo of bf babies can't carry nasty germs?

Besides gastro I was also worried about the fact that I could clearly tell that bub had a hamburger and not a hotdog. in a crowded public pool there's guaranteed to be at least one sex offender in attendance,

Didn't see it until just now...
    - my toddler... I don't trust him out of my sight for one second. If I do there's poo on the walls or tiles... Either that or crayon...

You seem to know a lot about these people from a small visit to the pool.

I must be a terrible parent...I change my children in the public area of pools, beaches etc. all the time.

I have no idea what hotdog and hamburger mean...I assume something to do with circumcision?

Worrying about a sex offender in a public pool looking at a 4-6 week old baby's genitals is quite irrational, though, don't you think?

I think VP means hotdog being a boy and hamburger being a girl.
