With my dodgy scales I'm down between two and three kilos!!! I have barely been hungry, but haven't had enough water and only exercised once, so I'd better pull my finger out. I find if I don't have one of the snacks (while I'm in holiday mood and don't get up quite so early) then I just do some rounding when I weigh food instead of being all pernickety. So yesterday my potato was 212 g instead of 200, and I didn't worry about it. Haven't measured yet.
