Is anyone exclusively breastfeeding a bub?

The past 2 days DS has been having lots of watery poos and about 3/4 per day whereas he used to only poo every 4-6 days and they were thicker.

This diet is a complete turn around from my usual diet there's far more dairy, fruit and veg and far less carbs.

I'm wondering if DS is reacting to the dairy - DD is CMPI or overall change or if it's more the extra drooling he's been doing as he's teething already.

Do you have to be on Facebook to chat to other participants or is there a forum or FAQS on their site I can't find?

I'm breastfeeding. Bub is a bit constipated actually, but I think that is from his solids. Have been giving pear only for the last few days to try and shift it.

Yes I'm fully breastfeeding my 3 month old. I haven't noticed any change to her except that I'm getting more breast milk. I agree there's a lot more dairy - in particular yoghurt. Although there are lots of legumes too which I have to limit as they give dd an upset tummy.

As far as I'm aware there's only the Facebook site - that's pretty busy - but no forum.

I hope everyone's got something yummy planned for dinner

Had the lentil soup for dinner last night. Wasn't in love, felt like it needed something else, maybe a vegetable like zucchini. Although very filling & hubby loved it.

I'm breastfeeding a 3 month old too. Thought diet my react with her, but she's a poopy gassy baby normally so no change so far.

I have increased my calories by the recommended 500 but I don't always eat all my calories as I can eat quite a few and I can't always finish it all.
Yesterday I had about 400 left... Other days none.

I made the chicken black bean and corn tortillas las night - yummy! My favourite meal so far. Lots of these meals will become regulars in our house.

Meals for today - blueberry pancakes, pizza jaffle and mint and chicken yoghurt skewers.
Haven't eaten this well in ages - my diet during pregnancy is always terrible (no interest in salads, meat- just carbs really) so it's nice to get back to healthy yummy food.

Default Jan 2015 - Healthy Mummy 28 day program

    Today I'm having

    Eggs on toast
Baked potato with balsamic, feta and onion, lime and coconut chicken rice and choc dipped strawberries and strawberry parfait for snacks.

Last night I had the Chic coconut crumble. So yummy except next time I'd substitute apple for the banana. Not a fan of banana in general, but hot banana? Ewww.

I have made a rule that I can't keep buying more ingredients except for fresh (and replacing my chocolate!) because it's so expensive, and also I have to try one new thing every day. So I'm enjoying reading about the good meals to try :-)

Also, according to my dodgy scales I'm down 2kg (probs more like 1.5) and that's with minimal exercise so I'm happy with that!

Ooh also, I had the nachos again last night. I think using the wholemeal tortillas as crackers with dip after you cut them and bake them would be delish! They are really yummy on their own too.
