Ooh hi everyone! I started yesterday too but didn't get to my exercise til today cos DS didn't go to sleep til after 9.30 :-/
Yesterday I had the set menu although I changed to coconut lime bliss balls (or something) for my snack and the strawberry parfait (OMG yum!) for my other snack. I'm only having two snacks.
I'm currently enjoying the nachos:

Overall I want to lose about 15 to 20 kgs but it's also about the mental boost I get from sticking to something :-)
