I've gone off the rails ladies! I'm back on my white carb addiction. I just have no motivation to meal plan and shop.
Luckily I've only put on a few hundred grams but you would have thought that losing pretty much 4kgs would motivate me to keep going but it hasn't!
My diet now is basically 2 slices of white bread with jam for breakfast, a coffee in the morning, 2 minute noodles or sushi for lunch, some unhealthy snack in the afternoon and dinner is stills only the recipes from the challenge but not at all portion controlled.
How is everyone else doing?
