    CONGRATULATIONS LADIES!!!!!

    We did it!!!

I've not done my measurements yet but I've lost 3.8 kgs! I'm so pleased I stuck with it! Best I've ever committed to any get healthy lose weight plan.

I just wonder how much more I would have lost of I exercised.

Yeah, all my weight is in my hips/bum/thighs. I am extra pear shaped lol. I can be hour glass when I lose enough weight/ wear a push up bra!
My eating has been okay. I did cheat and have three sushi rolls for lunch today. I'll do better tomorrow. Chilli con crane for dinner

Yeah I'm a not so classic apple. I have the round tummy but unlike true apples I still have a bum and hips. I'm more like a saggy boobed triangle! Haha.

I've hit the pasta and white bread hard since yesterday 😁

I don't know if anyone has the ongoing membership, but last night I made the quinoa risotto from the November challenge. ZOMG! It was seriously amazing! Makes a very small serve though!

You have just inspired me to try this during the week. I forgot about all the other recipes.

Was it filling even though it was a small serve?

I had 1 1/2 serves and I was okay. Had a dessert that night which I usually don't though.

Sorry, I don't understand this concept.

    Please explain?
