Turkey meatballs rocked my socks! I dished up the meal for DH and DS1, went and fed DS2 and put him to bed. Came back to the kitchen and dS1 had demolished his! Said "Thank you for making such a yummy dinner Mummy!" Apparently he kept asking DH if he could have it again! He has been a nightmare to feed lately so I am stoked! And I made a double batch to freeze half so yes, he can have it again! I also added grated carrot and zucchini to the meat mixture. Got 32 meat balls out of 500g of meat.

I had the turkey meatballs in my menu until I lost my changes then ended up with different dinners. I had the pork with potatoes and apple sauce and it was delish!

Well done on the 4kgs @harvs! I was 2kgs down as at Wednesday and no exercise here either. Good idea about the exercise wins! I'm definitely losing in those stakes. I just can't fit it in with DD and DS 3 months.

Is anyone else hating the huge amount of dishes needed to cook and eat this diet!?

Yeah I feel like I am constantly washing up and the kitchen still isn't tidy! It is a factor when I meal plan because it's ridiculous, or I use the Thermy if I can convert the recipe, or I cheat.

Hubby and I had talked about a gym membership being too expensive, but I'm having trouble exercising when it's hot/ DS1 climbing on me or constantly asking me things. This morning he decided that it's something I need and told me to go sign up later. Woohoo!

Finally trying the custard. I put extra vanilla as per Harvs' recommendation but I think it may need a bit more. Quite yummy though!
I have noticed a reduction in my milk supply so I checked the BMR calculator and I am eating way under my calories. Such a foreign concept to need to eat more when dieting! I have a tub of the vanilla smoothie mix and I got the George foreman mix and go blender today so I will just add a couple of smoothies to my days food. I know oats help milk supply but can't remember the other things. LSA or flaxseed???

For anyone with an aldi nearby they have a massive sale in healthy pantry staples coming up on Wednesday. I'm going to line up at opening lol!

I had the custard tonight too!!

Today I had French toast for brekky and the broccoli, Parmesan and pine nut pasta for lunch which was BLAND. Although to be fair, I didn't add the anchovies because gross.

I've started to meal plan for the weeks after the challenge so I don't fall in a heap, so I will add the meals you have liked to my list. One thing I do like about these menus is they don't have bl00dy mushrooms in everything vegetarian.
