Want to kill DH. I have two weaknesses that I can not control. Nutella and tim tam he went to the shops and came home with a family sized jar of nutella. Grrr told him off but he just said he wants some and not to eat any.

Default Jan 2015 - Healthy Mummy 28 day program

Yep - he has to hide it and not eat it in front of you.

I told DH I'm only doing this plan if I don't buy him yummy bad foods and there's only healthy food in the house and if he buys something bad in stopping the plan. This is the first weightless anything I've stuck to for so long so he doesn't want me to blame him for failing so has been good so far.

It's 3:45 and I'm finally eating lunch. Baked Italian vegetables. So bland as I'm not eating dairy. So disappointing and I'm craving something naughty.

I weighed myself this morning and so far I've lost 2.1kgs. You would think that would stop me reaching for something naughty but I've had an average day and I'm still starving!!!!

What is everyone planning on doing after the challenge? Continuing on 100%, a combination of your old eating and the plan, shakes, or just going back to usual?

It is hard and he needs to support you. I said to DH it's like an alcoholic wanting to stop drinking but their partner buying alcohol, storing it in the house and drinking in front of the alcoholic.

    How are we all going?

I've settled in nicely, down about 4kgs so far, although my birthday is next week and I will be giving myself a cheat day so we'll see after that!

I had the sweet potato and feta pizza tonight which was pretty yummy :-) I also can't stop cooking the custard.

I have the turkey meatballs cooking as we speak still haven't got around to the custard. Maybe tonight?! Trying to force myself to exercise is the hardest bit. Today I have done yesterday's challenge and a half hour walk- but the walk was at my 3yo's pace so probably not fat busting lol!

Yep I haven't really got to the exercise part yet. But I did put my Fitbit back on which is inspiring me to walk instead of catching taxis etc. When I walk DS to childcare and back twice a day that's 3.2 km so I figure that's a good start.

Maybe we need to share more exercise stories instead of just being all the custard ha ha
