I've made that but didn't use as much sugar as they say. I've done that a few times as I have found a few recipes too sweet (exotic hot chocolate is another one). I never put as much chocolate in the parfait as they suggest either.

    EVERYONE I FOUND MY CHOCOLATE!

    Ok, carry on.
@A-Squared when you made the puttanesca was it way spicy? I made a double batch of the sauce so I can take some to school tomorrow for lunch and I doubled the chili. Was that a big whoopsie?

I'm not having chilli as I'm breastfeeding DS so I avoid it, so I'm not sure how strong it will be sorry.

    Where was your chocolate!?

Ah ok. No that's ok, I just nearly burnt my face off when I had it today and it will be worse tomorrow :-(

My chocolate was in the Tupperware with the brown rice, der! Where else would it be?

Oh no! I'm not a huge spicy fan usually anyway. Could you add some stock to the sauce to water it down?

Haha, brown rice sounds like a likely place for it!

Looks like I'll be making lots of changes to next week's menu. Seems like all the foods I don't like breed around summer like... Seafood, banana, mango, fresh tomato, and I don't like fruit or coconut in savoury meals neither.

I signed up too ladies but haven't followed any of it...
I made the brown rice a nd sweet potato and parmesan dinner but apart from that nothing.
I have no motivation. And I'm so picky with food.
I'm off on holidays tomorrow til the 26th so thought maybe I would start 1st February. That could be my new years....

I tried the vanilla smoothie mix today. Put it with milk, banana and a shot of coffee surprisingly good!
