Another strawberry choc parfait tonight - so yum! Out of bickies now so no more this week...
We had the brown rice, sweet potato and Parmesan dish. I have found that I can cook with a few shortcuts to save too many dishes. I added the sweet potato to the rice to cook rather than steam it separately. Saved a bit of mucking around too
I lost 0.5kg last week. I'm happy with that as I haven't been exercising everyday. Also my tummy seems less bloated which I'm happy about.
Perhaps tomorrow we'll have the chicken ginger stir fry for dinner... I've got a serve of the broccoli pasta already cooked for lunch.
