    yes thats right - Part 2 of the challenge is for Junk Food Free January (or simply cut down if you cant do cold turkey)

    whatever you think. If it works for you - its ok.

    so for me - no junk food means no chocolate especially. But the occasional biscuit (which I can usually have without going overboard) is ok.

    for others - chocolate might be ok, but chips n dip or other stuff that they often overload on isnt.

    Ok I'm in with this one too. No unhealthy takeaway, chips, chocolate and ice-cream. Although I think I'll need a pass for DHs birthday as we are going away for 2 nights.

    Day 1 - unusually I had quite a lot of junk food: can of soft drink, some chocolate and fish & chips for dinner.

    Today will be much better.

    Yesterday I failed but I didn't know about the challenge.
    Today I have done well and having just read this thread I will avoid getting tucked into the chocolate downstairs!
    Great idea for a challenge!

    great idea katiesmum. if I don't count the diet coke, that I have most days. other junk I can avoid pretty well. I will challenge myself to only drinking the softdrink after I have drunk 2 lts of water first. lets see how that works?? just my own challenge. if that is ok ?? marie
