    Yesterday the only exercise I got was walking to and from the bus stop - first day back at work after 10 months!

    Today was better with a 30 minute walk.

    Just finished a 20 min tummy workout.

    my 30 mins at the gym this afternoon. missed the gym yesterday because I had to babysit my granddaughters. I did nearly 3000 steps running around after them, so that should count for some exercise. marie
