    Great effort, girls!
Only 'mental exercise' for me yesterday at work, nothing physical. About to go to the shops- the car is staying in the garage- will walk and carry home the shopping.

well DD is off doing other stuff today - so no bike ride.

I think I will get my trainer out and do some on that

(well, running up and down the stairs 20 times when doing my cleaning might count anyway, so we will see )

I now have a pedometer, so I can post how many steps I take each day. I think I better wait and see how many I do first. 10000 is the target!!! seems such a huge number. oh and I have had four gym sessions now. marie

Woke up, had a quick coffee, put on my shorts and jogged for 2.6km around the neighbourhood- now I can shower and get on with my day.

I am looking at getting a simple pedometer- there is going to me a 'daily step' challenge at work and I would like to see how many steps I am doing. Where can I buy a simple one? I don't want to measure how long I am sleeping and so on, just steps.

    Have a good day everyone.

I think you should be able to get a simpke pedometre from a sports store like Amart.
