    it was 44 degrees here yesterday, so the most I did was walk around an air conditioned shopping centre

    Nothing for me yesterday...
    Today, 5 min of arms with 2 kg weight in each hand, 5 mins of squats, 5 mins of arms with 2kg weights. Now my arms and legs are trembling.

    No exercise yesterday as all my muscles were too sore! So I did about 20 mins of stetching instead.

    I took the dog for a walk. it wasnt too energetic, but it was 20 minutes of excercise so its something.

    no bike ride today - but we are going tomorrow and probably on friday too so that will be good

    Yesterday I did a 50 minute toning class - so sore today.

    Today we did a short bush walk with the kids plus up and down steep hills between playgrounds. Not super energetic but definitely my 10 mins worth.

    45 minute brisk walk this arvo, although I'm sure that did absolutely nothing to burn off the ridiculously rich iced chocolate I had at mothers' group. Two massive scoops of vanilla bean ice cream...mmmmmmmmm.

    we ended up going for a short bike ride. It was about 10.30 or 11am so it had started to get hot so was only 1 lap of the lake ... but got my excercise in

    I have now done a third session at the gym, my thighs are a bit sore today after so many squats. I have my membership card, and now I feel confident to use the equipment on my own. now I start working out a menu plan, and off I go. I am a teenie bit excited. maire.
