Can I jump in? I did 30 minutes today and yesterday, so that will cover the first 5 days

I did 15 minutes on the rowing machine and 10 with the punching bag, plus 5 minutes of weights.

Default January Challenge (1) - 10 minute excercise challenge

Walk with the kids and dog today - covered 3.2km but was very slow as we stopped at the playground, stairs, etc for the kids to play.

I have had my first class with curves on Friday, and my second will be this afternoon. 30 mins three or four times a week, should see some improvement in my health and my weight. I should try for some more exercise on the days I don't have a class. marie.

I'm in! Just went to personal training to be tortured for 50 minutes and now we're off to the criterion track for DS and DD to practice riding their bikes. I'll have the pleasure of shuffling beside DS to give him the confidence to ride without training wheels.

Yesterday was another 40 minute walk, squeezed in between the rain.

@Zeddie not sure if you've seen it but there's a fitbit thread with challenges on matchup.. Currently there's an 8000 step challenge to work up to the 10,000 step challenge very soon!

I'm in but I am not very good at remembering to post so will see how I go!
Since Christmas Day I have been walk/jogging a 4.8km track with the dog. I have done this every 2nd day with daily dog walks in between. I am aiming to jog non stop for 5kms (I used to manage 10km 5 days a week so 5kms is a start). Yesterday I added in my plank challenge (until dd sat on me and wouldn't get off). I am aiming to go from 1 minute planking up to 5 minutes. I am on just making the minute atm.
