    Such a great idea.

    Yesterday was a 30 minute walk (with some uphill pushing the stroller)

    Today was a 45 minute walk on the flat ground

    Hi everyone, I am in. Put on 2.5 kg over the Xmas break and need to get active! About to put on my joggers and go for a 'speed walk'. edit: just did 2.5kg walk/jog/huff/puff/ fall on couch.

    Hi everyone, I'm in too please I want to be comfortable in a bikini by March as we're having a beach holiday, so I have about 5kg to lose. I started last night with 15 mins of crunches, lunges and squats.

    Will try to take DS for a walk today.

    Did a 1 hour walk with DS on his smart trike today... But the walk was to the shops and I got a soft drink while I was there so they kind of cancel each other out

    I did nothing yesterday, other than a stroll around the markets! I'll have to make up for it today.

    Just a brisk walk to the shop and back this morning- 2km- I guess that is about 2500 steps I wouldn't have walked if I had jumped in the car instead. will try and up it tomorrow.
